How do I start a voice or video call?
Tap the phone or camera icon inside any chat. Ideal Chat uses iOS CallKit for native HD calling.
Why does Ideal Chat need access to my Contacts?
Access to contacts allows Ideal Chat to automatically connect you with friends using the app. Contacts remain encrypted and private.
How do I enable push notifications?
Enable notifications in device Settings → Ideal Chat → Notifications to receive real-time call and message alerts.
How can I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app, or email support and we'll take care of it.
